  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery usually takes 10–15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

    • Customs duties, VAT, or additional charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value.

    • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order thresholds.

  • Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor delivery status.

  • Delays:

  • Non-Delivery Cases:
