At The Herbloom, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.
Cancellation Window: Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.
Processed Orders: Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may apply for a return or exchange after receiving the product, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund on Cancelled Orders:
For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing timelines.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation simply ensures that no payment is collected at delivery.
Cancellations by The Herbloom:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen reasons such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.
In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed, and a full refund will be processed where applicable.
Special Offers/Discounted Items: Orders placed during seasonal sales or special promotions may not be eligible for cancellation once processed.
