Cancellation Policy

At The Herbloom, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.

  • Cancellation Window: Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team via email or phone.

  • Processed Orders: Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may apply for a return or exchange after receiving the product, in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Refund on Cancelled Orders:

    • For prepaid orders, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank’s processing timelines.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation simply ensures that no payment is collected at delivery.

  • Cancellations by The Herbloom:

    • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen reasons such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical errors.

    • In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed, and a full refund will be processed where applicable.

  • Special Offers/Discounted Items: Orders placed during seasonal sales or special promotions may not be eligible for cancellation once processed.
