Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We value your trust and strive to ensure that every purchase brings you complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns

Returns for a refund must be received at our warehouse within 3–7 days from the date of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@herbloom.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Your full name
  • Product name
  • Reason for return

 

Please note:

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Return postage costs are not refundable and must be borne by the customer.

We issue a no-quibble refund or replacement for products received back in our warehouse within 3 days.
If your return is delayed due to postal or courier issues and reaches us after this period, we will review and resolve the case individually, based on the situation.

Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
    • The item was damaged in transit, or
    • A replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability.
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
  • Delivery and gift-wrapping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only for unused products.
  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must reach our warehouse within 3 days from the date of shipment.
  • All courier charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
  • Once the exchanged product is received, the replacement item will be shipped within 5–7 working days.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or washed.
  • The return request is made beyond the specified time frame.
  • The product’s serial number, price tag, or label has been removed or tampered with.
  • The item was purchased during a sale or marked as a non-returnable item.
